You can save money with Whispering Pines because you get to use the Name Your Price service. The price you name is per night and does not include taxes We will calculate this additional charge and provide you a summary of your “Total Charges” on your confirmation if the offer is accepted by Whispering Pines.

Here's how it works: within 24 hours of making your request, Whispering Pines will contact you by e-mail and provide you with a Name Your Price Confirmation Number, notifying you that your offer has been accepted. To complete your reservation and secure your room you must call 1-800-648-7762 and provide the Name Your Price comfirmation number in your e-mail. At that time a reservation will be created for you using the dates and room type you requested. You will at that time be required to provide a credit card which will be charged for all reserved nights ( in Full ) at the agreed upon rate + all applicable taxes as a deposit. This deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS! A confirmation will be provided to you via email showing dates and room type and a credit for stay. Please Note if we do not accept your offer NO CONTACT will be made. You are welcome to make another offer.

While Whispering Pines will use its good faith efforts to respond to Requests within the time periods indicated on this Site, no guarantee is made that the status of your Request will be made available to you within the stated processing time. None of the Covered Parties is responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a Request including, without limitation, error or delays in responding to a Request caused by an incorrect e-mail address or other data provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.
